Shipping Policy

  • We currently offer delivery within the London area only.
  • Deliveries are carried out twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • Order cut-off: Tuesday and Friday at 5:00 PM for the next available delivery slot.
Shipping Method & Cost
  • Standard delivery service.
  • Flat rate: £7.00 per order.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Important Information
  • We supply perishable frozen and chilled products (Cheese Dots and Granola)
  • Due to the perishable nature of our goods, returns are not accepted after delivery, except in the case of damaged items upon arrival (please refer to our Refund Policy).

We take great care in ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition and meet the highest quality standards.As we supplyfrozen and chilled products (Cheese Dots and Granola), these items are classified asperishable goods and are thereforeexempt from returns once delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.Damaged, Defrosted, or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives damaged, defrosted, or incorrect, please contact us within24 hours of delivery.

Eligible claims will be offered arefund or exchange, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within7–10 working days after review.Returns (Non-Perishable Items, if applicable)Where applicable, non-perishable items may be returned within1 day of purchase, subject to approval.
